Returns and exchanges are happily accepted for our scissors products.

Please contact us within 8 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.

Items must be dispatched back within 18 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.

We do not accept cancellations, but please reach out if you encounter any issues with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
