• Deliver meticulous and gentle dog washing services, including attentive shampoo application, thorough rinsing, efficient towel and blow-drying, and careful coat brushing

• Safely and effectively handle dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments during the washing process.

• Closely monitor the health and well-being of each dog, promptly noting and reporting any concerns related to their coat, skin, or overall condition to pet owners.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and safe workspace by diligently cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces between each pet, following hygiene protocols

• Collaborate with the grooming team to ensure smooth transitions between washing and grooming stages, as needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with pet owners about their dog's needs and preferences.

• Assist with additional pet care services, such as teeth brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning, under the guidance of experienced groomers, enhancing overall pet care.

• Perform comprehensive grooming services, including breed-specific haircuts, coat trimming, de-shedding treatments, and styling.

• Provide specialized care for each dog's coat, skin, teeth, and nails, addressing specific issues and consulting with pet owners as needed.

• Safely manage dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments throughout the grooming process, ensuring their comfort and security.

• Utilize professional grooming tools and equipment properly, maintaining and sanitizing them regularly for optimal performance.

• Collaborate with the dog washing team to ensure a seamless transition between washing and grooming stages for each pet.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by consulting with clients about their preferences, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns.

• Mentor and assist less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote skill development and teamwork.

• Professional grooming certification or equivalent experience in a grooming or pet care facility is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and grooming protocols.
