Pre-grooming playtime: Before starting the grooming process, we let your puppy explore and play around the salon for 3-4 hours. This helps them get used to the environment, as well as the noise and sounds of water, dryers, and clippers.
Observing puppy behavior: Our experienced staff will monitor your puppy closely, and we will only begin the grooming process when we see that they are more confident and comfortable in the salon.
Stress-free drying: If your puppy shows signs of stress or fear when using the dryer, we offer a drying box solution as a gentle and quiet alternative.
Free daycare: To make the experience even more enjoyable, we provide free daycare for your puppy on the day of their grooming appointment. This allows them to socialize and play with other dogs, further helping them feel at ease in the salon.
